Pre-development and master planning services for a 196 acre re-zoning located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, adjacent to the Coors brewery in Golden. Working for Cabela's, Cupkovic architecture's role in the re-zoning and entitlement process was as the lead design firm, providing planning and design services including a Design Pattern Book, coordinating other parcel owner applicants, and presenting to the City Planning Commission and City Council.
