The existing mall that was originally constructed in the early 1980’s is undergoing an extensive renovation that will upgrade all the interior common area spaces. Future phases may include additional retail and/or exterior courtyards. The renovation makes use of natural materials and earth tones to provide a relaxed atmosphere for shoppers.
